Jayne’s Selby Story

The start is here, in Selby.
I moved here in 2017,
I won’t move again.

It’s a good place to live:
good neighbours – we look out for each other.
good friends – they make me happy if I’m down, they make me laugh.
Communi-tea – the people there, we go out on trips together. 

And Selby radio is a happy sound. I say to Alexa, “Play Selby Radio, please!”

Selby is a nice mix of quiet and not quiet. Community groups give me people to talk to. The groups built my confidence, I used to be shy – they help me speak out.
