ITD are committed to providing professional development opportunities for early-career and more established artists, our own staff and freelancers, and the wider sector.
We deliver an annual paid internship, and have offered various early-career artist development schemes. We frequently offer informal shadowing, observing, interviewing and researching opportunities for students, early-career and established practitioners interested in our work, during our creative making processes.
We have a team of Associate Practitioners – freelance writers, performers, makers and creative technologists who have worked with us over multiple projects. In addition to paid work on our productions and installations, we frequently offer our Associate Practitioners mentoring and support.
If you would like to discuss an opportunity for creative professional development, please contact ben@imitatingthedog.co.uk.
