Part of Rotherham’s year-long celebration at becoming the world’s first Children’s Capital of Culture, Otherham Winter Festival is an extraordinary trail of stunning projections inspired by the creative and inventive storytelling of the borough’s young residents, transforming the town centre’s buildings into a magical, reimagined world.
